Parents Resource

At Allied Schools, we believe a child’s education thrives on the partnership between school and home. This page brings together everything you need as a parent — from admissions and fee details to daily policies — so you always know what to expect and how to support your child’s journey with us.

Partnering With You, Every Step of the Way

Raising and educating a child is a shared responsibility, and at Allied Schools we take that partnership seriously. From the moment your child joins us, our team works closely with families to keep communication open, transparent, and timely. Whether it’s understanding your child’s academic progress, staying informed about school events, or knowing exactly who to contact with a question, we’ve built our systems around making that process simple for you. Our teachers and administrative staff are trained to be approachable and responsive, because we know that an informed parent is one of the strongest allies a child can have in their education.

This page is designed as your one-stop reference for the practical side of school life — registration steps, fee structures, timings, and policies that affect your child day to day. We update it regularly to reflect current procedures, so you can always find accurate, up-to-date information without needing to call the school office for routine questions. If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, our Contact Us page will connect you directly with the right department.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to the questions we hear most often from parents — covering registration, fees, admissions, and daily school policies. Click on any question to expand the full answer.

What is meant by Registration?

Registration is the first formal step in enrolling your child at Allied Schools. It involves submitting the required documents, completing the registration form, and reserving your child’s seat for the upcoming academic session. Registration does not guarantee admission on its own — it initiates the admission process, which is finalized once all requirements are met and the admission fee is paid.

What are Types of fees?

Registration is the first formal step in enrolling your child at Allied Schools. It involves submitting the required documents, completing the registration form, and reserving your child’s seat for the upcoming academic session. Registration does not guarantee admission on its own — it initiates the admission process, which is finalized once all requirements are met and the admission fee is paid.

How to Admit a Student and Print the First Challan?

Once registration is complete and your child has been offered admission, you’ll receive an admission confirmation along with instructions to generate your first fee challan through the school’s online portal. Simply log in with the credentials provided, navigate to the “Fee Challan” section, select the relevant month, and print or download the challan for payment at any designated bank branch.

What will be the timings for toddlers?

Toddler classes run for a shorter day than the rest of the school. Timings can differ by campus and season, so please confirm the current schedule with your campus office.

What is the homework policy?

Homework is planned to reinforce classroom learning and grows gradually with each grade. Younger children receive light, activity-based tasks, while older students receive regular written work and project assignments.

What is Supply Chain Management?

Supply Chain Management handles the provision of books, uniforms and learning materials to campuses, so that every student has the approved resources at the start of the session.
